Food for Soul and Made in Cloister Foundation present the new napoletan project in collaboration with the chef Massimo Bottura.

 

The project that aims to tackle the issue of food waste and social isolation, is realized with the support of Carrefour, Social cooperative Dedalus and Istituto Isabella d’Este Caracciolo.

 

Every week in the refettorio of Santa Caterina’s cloister, will be prepared from a different chef a community kitchens for 40 hosts that will eat on tables made by the artist Mimmo Paladino.
